3. Event Participation

a) Booking & Payment

All events require advance booking via our website or other approved methods.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

b) Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by you: You must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the event to receive a refund (minus any booking fees).
Cancellations by us: If we cancel due to weather, land access issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a transfer to another event or a full refund.

c) Participant Responsibilities

You must follow the rules and code of conduct provided before or at the event.
All finds must be recorded in accordance with the Portable Antiquities Scheme (PAS) and any applicable laws.
You must obtain permission from the event organiser before removing any finds from the site.

d) Liability

Participation in metal detecting events is at your own risk. We accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.

4. Online Shop Purchases

a) Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations may occur.

b) Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
Payment is processed securely through our approved payment providers.

c) Delivery

We ship to UK addresses and may offer international delivery where stated.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless stated as such.

d) Returns & Refunds (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

5. Landowner & Referral Schemes

Rewards for referrals are only payable if the site is successfully secured for an event and the event takes place.
Land rental rates are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before any event.
We reserve the right to decline land or referral submissions at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, videos, branding) is owned by Noble Pursuits Metal Detecting or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without our written consent.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
